At Leffler, each piece is crafted with care using genuine, high-quality materials. We want you to be confident in your purchase and your experience with us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to assist with an exchange or issue store credit.

Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging is included
  • Security tags remain attached and intact
  • Items show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage

Refunds & Store Credit

  • All approved refunds are issued exclusively in the form of store credit
  • Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is requested, we are happy to assist in selecting an alternative piece.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we may assist you promptly.
